About:
aranwensjewelry.com is the result of a few years of designing and crafting jewelry. I'm a 25-year-old lass from Athens that just loves making period jewelry. My name is Vicky, short for Vasiliki which means "Royal"; Aranwen means exactly that in Quenya, one of the languages created by J.R.R. Tolkien.

Sizes/Styles:
-All chokers have a standard length of 12 to 15 inches. However, most (if not all) necklaces and chokers can be adjusted to the desired length at no extra cost; just add a note to the PayPal payment page.
- Some pieces that include cameos can be made with different ones from the selection you see in the various sections; others can be done in different colours or with different gemstones; feel free to ask and I'll see what I can do in every case.
-For left-handers, please enter a note in your payment and I will place the clasp of any necklace/choker on the left side.
-No two items will be identical since they are all handmade. Minor changes may be found in clasps or the adjusting length chain at the back of some necklaces.

Materials:
-All gemstones used are natural, unless noted otherwise.
-Wherever a gemstone name is followed by "Swarovski" or "Czech glass", that means that it is just the name of the colour, eg."Garnet Swarovski bicones" are deep red crystal bicones, and not actual Garnets.
-"Silver plated" (sometimes mentioned as "Sterling Silver plated") means the components have been plated with Sterling Silver.
-If you have sensitive skin and would like to purchase earrings, please enter a note in your payment and I will make sure they have nickel-free earwires.

Item availability:
-Each item is special and made upon request. The average waiting time is <1-5 weeks (excluding shipping delays), depending on the availability of each component. You will be notified about the estimated time as soon as I receive your order.
-If you wish to have your items within a specified time margin, please send me an email first and I'll do my best.
-There is a small chance I won't be able to acquire the required components to complete your order, in the case my suppliers are out of stock. You will be notified as soon as possible and get a full refund.

Shipping:
The average shipping time to the E.U. is 5 days, and to all the other countries, including the U.S, 5-10 days but delays can always occur.
Fees
Orders under 50 USD: 3.80 USD. Up to 199 USD: 5.3 USD.
Registered mail is optional and costs 3.20 USD more.

Returns:
I will gladly exchange your item with another or offer a full refund (shipping fees are refundable only in case the return is the result of my error), no questions asked. However, I would appreciate any comments so I can improve my work. If something brakes or falls off, let me know and I'll do what I can. All returns must be completed within a week after you receive your order. Any action from my part will be taken after I receive the item.

Gifts:
Gift packaging is available for 0.85 USD. Just add this to the total of your order and attach a small note to the PayPal payment so I know what it's for.

Payment:
Currently, only PayPal payments are accepted. When adding items to your cart, you will be taken to PayPal's secure website.
